Valve Assemblies:
Each Romtec valve assembly is designed and constructed specifically for the requirements of the individual pumping system. We work closely with site engineers and local agencies to ensure the best valves are included in our designs. The entire factory-built valve assembly arrives at the project site ready for installation.
In-Vault Assembly – We offer complete valve assemblies within a precast concrete or fiberglass underground vault. All piping, check and plug valves and any additional specified equipment such as pressure sensors, by-pass pumping port, pig launcher and drain system are included in the vault.
In-Wet Well Assembly – In systems where it is advantageous, the valve assembly can be located within the wet well. Romtec supplies the complete preassembled valves ready to be fitted into a concrete wet well or, in the case of a fiberglass vessel, fully assembled within the wet well.
Above-Ground Assembly – For a variety of projects, the valve assembly is located above ground. Romtec supplies the complete valve assembly on a precast concrete slab ready for connection to the pumping system.
Valve Brands & Types – Romtec can supply virtually any brand or type of valves with our pump stations.
Piping & Pipe Fittings – All piping and pipe fittings within the valve assembly are supplied by Romtec.
