Finish Construction: Concrete, Paving, Site Fencing, Area Lighting
In addition to the complete pumping system, Romtec Utilities can design, supply and construct a number of key elements on the pump station project site. Here are just a few:
Concrete – Romtec Utilities offers professional concrete forming, pouring and finishing as a part of our pump station construction services. Working closely with the site engineer, we design all underground and above-ground concrete to meet the project’s structural requirements.
Bollards – For safety and protection of equipment and personnel, bollards are frequently specified for pumping system projects. Romtec Utilities offers a number of bollard design choices, and we will install them as part of our complete pump station construction services.
Paving – If your pump station site calls for asphalt paving, Romtec Utilities can include that work in our complete construction services. We can include pavement striping, if required. We also offer pervious pavement to reduce rainwater runoff from the site. Since paving is often some of the last work to be done on the site, we coordinate carefully with all subcontractors in scheduling the paving project.
Site Fencing – A secure and attractive fence surrounding the pump station site is an excellent investment. Not only does a fence limit public access onto the site, it can also hide the pump station equipment from view. For an attractive and affective barrier, Romtec Utilities can include site fencing in our complete pump station design.
Area Lighting – The pump station site may require area lighting for security and safety, Romtec Utilities can include lighting in our overall submittal. We offer complete U.L. listed lighting packages that meet all codes.
