RESIDENTIAL SEWAGE PUMP STATION DETAILS

A new residential subdivision in the western Oregon town of Monmouth would allow development of 52 lots. The project’s civil engineer determined that due to site topography, the subdivision’s sewer would terminate approximately 21′ below the nearby gravity sewer, thus requiring a sewage lift station.

Romtec Utilities designed and supplied the complete wastewater pumping system for the dedicated lift station site. Romtec also advised the pump station installation contractor and provided wastewater lift station start-up and training services. A concrete building to house the sewage pump system’s control panel was supplied by Romtec. The duty point of the duplex submersible pump station is 426 GPM @ 24′ TDH.
