| PROJECT DETAILS To utilize land that was previously unbuildable, a developer in Camas, Washington platted a 30-lot subdivision on a hillside. Due to site topography the subdivision’s sanitary sewer lines terminated approximately 150′ below the nearest gravity sewer, thus requiring a Romtec Utilities sewage pumping station on a small 754 sq. ft. cul-de-sac site. The duty point of the duplex submersible pumps is 152 GPM @ 174′ TDH. THIS ROMTEC UTILITIES SYSTEM INCLUDED - City Specified: MultiTrode lift station controller, SCADA system, auxiliary power & sewage odor control system
- Precast concrete wet well: 6’ dia. x 17’ deep, fall & confined space entry control, H-20 rated hatch, interior coating, fiberglass self-cleaning Flygt TOP sump design
