Texas Multiple Award Schedules (TXMAS) offer a wide variety of commodities and services at prices that have been assessed to be fair, reasonable and competitive. Orders placed against a Multiple Award Schedule are considered to be issued using fair and open competition. Therefore, ordering offices need not seek further competition or make a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing. The use of these contracts is available to both Texas State and Local Government agencies.
The TXMAS contract includes all Romtec Utilities’ package wastewater lift stations, stormwater pump stations, industrial pumping systems and water treatment pump stations.
